Im never sure if i do this right but my real guesstimate with $39k at a 55% discount at .0072..equals .0040....9.75m (39k divided by .0040) plus 5.4m (39k divided by 0072)..without including interest is around 15m....so you are right on its probably 16-17m for feb if it was at the current price...thats why the higher the pps the better...
