Correct! NOBO OBO & DTCC would do the trick.
Don't know about that high # of 800 - 1000, could be tho...
If there was a Proxy vote, AGM circular etc EWSI would know exactly how much shareholders they have. In regards to reaching that requirement for uplisting I don't we have to worry about that condition.
Shouldn't be a problem at all...
