The Company exited the exploration stage and entered the development stage on March 31, 2009 when the Company’s mineral claims tenures in British Columbia were abandoned and the Company started seeking new businesses. The Company exited the development stage and entered a new exploration stage on March 31, 2010 after the Company had acquired oil and gas properties in Wyoming and started planning to explore the properties.
