Remember skto is not a SEC filier so it doesnt file 10-Q/10-K's,at least not yet so its 45 days for pinks, but my memory is not sharp on these.....but i know Q1 ends March 31, Q2 ends june 30, Q3 ends Sept 30, Q4 ended Dec 30....sp fins for Q4 are due in feb 15...45 days after the end of the quarter usually...the annual report is due by march 31....,i hope they announce an auditor
