Here are a couple ways to look at Bob's conversation with Mike:

1) Mike might have been on medication, I won't put an LOL since  anyone with an illness isn't funny.

2) Mike needs to sell TECO so he will be overly optimistic and be careful of disclosing what might be considered insider information and hence the need to "elude" to upcoming events.

3) Treaty has many delays and many are due to the nature of the business so looking back at some of these past events; more than likely any estimation Mike is giving is indeed overly optimistic. SJ#1 and #2 equipment needs to be assembled and installed, then pump, then test equipment, then tweak pressure, etc, etc, etc.

4) Then we have the GOB that might be away from their desks or just don't feel like answering the phones or emails so they might delay a formal announcement for a few days.

5) I want a few more cheapies before we move to a dime! LOL! Just kidding! Bring on the dime asap; we are all well overdue. This investment could be a PHD's thesis on the physcology of patience.   I'm canadian french so patience isn't my better trait. Some of my gains will probably go towards penny stock therapy! LOL!
