You are welcome Mrose33.  I don't have a lot of time today, but I did see your question and thought I should reply.  Hollund's shares will be eliminated (cancelled).  While any company can issue additional shares at any time they wish to, in Hollund's case that would be counter-productive.  Hollund has repeatedly stated the high share count is an embarrassment, and claim they wish to increase shareholder value.  Also, as a general rule, companies with high share counts often find it more difficult to acquire financing, and this is another reason to eliminate excess shares.
