It typically takes OTCmarkets 2-4 days to bring a company current of receipt of an attorney letter. Something is definitely getting close. There are reasons that a company appoints the type of individuals to its management/advisory boards. The recent engagement of the IB firm is also a large clue that funding is probably near. Could it be that they are just awaiting the reporting status before they fund MPIX? Not sure, but that would make sense.
