New to the game myself, but your thought was also mentioned earlier and I agree with that possibility and that it would be a blessing in disguise.
Some here have said they believe HIMR is much further along than we have been told so far, so could the buying already be happening? Is the price being held down while they are buying? How many .0002's have been purchased so far today? Even $10k or $20k buys back a lot of shares at that price. Even if they have not been paid yet for say the NorthCal contract (and maybe there was a deposit received with it?) might they be able to afford to get a good jump on buying back already? Just a thought.
