Unless an increase in A/S is completed, GDSM can have no more than 750M shares outstanding. They have to work within their current share structure, including the A/S. For GDSM to increase the A/S, they would have to file an amendment to their articles with the state of FL. An amendment to increase the A/S could be found at the same link as the previously mentioned amendment if it existed. There is no such amendment!
