KMAG's financial statements stood strong enough as they were..and it was only a whistle blower that brought the Sec dogs in....Many securities continue to trade with no problems presenting the format of financials that KMAG was posting...but Only bc the story seemed unreal....the "suspicion" of fraud....NOT Fact.....actuated the SEC....which was Wrong on their Part....And somehow.....Once KMAG proves themselves through the Audited Fins....The SEC has to Be made Accountable for their Screw Up and Clear KMAG's Name!

I will petition All to e-mail the SEC to put Out a Public retraction once KMAG is Cleared!
