They have done nothing to show anything less than their own 'pure confidence' and doing those types of things mentioned in your post might only cater to us who want ammo to argue down otc flippers and bashers which really isn't a confidence move in my opinion if it takes away the management's focus on the main business objectives.

shrugging us off for now and getting back to business seems more appropriate and more confident. Getting all the gears turning together in the EWSI machine will be most valuable for getting us all to stick around very long term. It will be fun to see what 2trg does to the machine once the transition is complete in April.
