Important Item;  Bull reports that one of the defendants has already tried to make a deal with Treaty.  Hhmmm!   The writing is on the wall.  While it might not be a game changer, it may well indeed change the rules of the game.  Time for TECO to kick some as......  Wouldn't it be neat for them to win some really nice judgements against all of those pretenders?
