I spoke with Mike today. His voice is problematic (cold?) so we didn't talk long. My interpretation is that they hope to be producing oil from Belize by the end of the week. He said it should not take more than a couple of hours to gain the approval of the GoB to issue a release, once that happens.

Does anyone have info on Texas?
