Quest had 2013 revenues of approximately $34 Million. With the acquisition, AGOE actually reduced the share structure.

$9 Million Market Cap approximately
.25 approximately P/S ratio based on 2013 sales.
A P/S ratio of 1 would be a share price of approximately $1.50
