I haven't heard them to continue to declare this.  When was this done in the past 4 years and where is the evidence that that won't be the case when the processor is perfected (which now seems to be the case)?  Did that statement come with a deadline?  Not that I remember.  That goal may not be a goal any more.  They have decided to sell processors and not be in the fuel making business.  The results mentioned in the AGM (which you should read ) are phenomenal.
