MONK Monarchy Resources is pleased to announce a non-brokered private placement up to 6,000,000 shares of common stock of the Company at a price of $0.10 per share for gross proceeds of $600,000. The shares will be restricted shares and therefore subject to certain holding requirements pursuant to Rule 144 of the Securities Act of 1933. The Company will announce the total proceeds raised upon completion of the private placement.
