"Changed hands" is correct, they each MM sold to the guy on their left so the shares go in a circle. No one is selling, but they are hoping someone thinks otherwise. I wouldn't be surprised if they end up with less shares than they started with, lol. ICPA is consolidating, but I believe very few shares at this point are shaking loose. ICPA is a winner and EVERYONE knows it!!!
