My advice if you want to add or establish a position is to place your order on the Bid and just wait until sellers come to you.  While we have a lull in trading action you can probably get your orders filled.  The added benefit is you increase your profit margin once the pps goes up.

The risk is that if DUTV drops any kind of information bomb detailing partners, or confirmations of plans to jump to NASDAQ you may not get those shares after all.  But I think its safe to try at the bid for the moment. IMO.
