Grueling workouts on sweat covered equipment. Spending way too much time in the sun and tanning booths. Putting on oils, bronzers and colors trying to achieve that perfect look for the stage.  Extreme dieting and over supplementation causing drastic fluctuations in weight.  Stretching and shrinking the skin.  All these things are facts of life in the sport of bodybuilding when in pursuit of the perfect physique. Unfortunately all these things will lead to bad skin and premature aging. Who wants to have a perfect, ripped body and six pack abs but the face and skin of an eighty year old?
