I figured out how to use the site with the construction sign up. You can click next to the bottom right of the construction sign(above message) after every pageload, that takes the sign down.  I tried to put a in an order and it doesn't continue like it did before.  When I put an address and save it used to go the page with the payment status error, but now it doesnt load at all.  So I think they are likely working on the connection to the outside payment sites (paypal, Janescard and System pay)
