No, revenue is made when an order is filled. If they paid them when they placed the order without 1 tree getting pulled, the company can take off with their money without doing any work.
Probably HIMR will get paid in stages, if it is like the construction industry, as a house or building is built, the contractor get paid as different stages of the house/building get built. HIMR will probably get paid per a certain number of trees get pulled, for example for every 100 trees they pull, they will receive XXX amount of money.
