Obviously. No-one is buying pink limited BCAP without revenue so it becomes OTCBB BCAP without revenue.
The premise is that the necessary acquisitions / paperwork etc. will be completed to have fully operating companies that can generate revenue. Next stage after that is the actual generation of revenue.
Everyone has itchy feet. I am sure every shareholder wakes up every morning and looks for the PR that says BCAP is has acquired XYZ brokerage. To my own mind the only issue is timing when it will happen, not whether it will happen.
