It definitely should.  It depends on what is happening with the money owed to BCAP.  If shares were converted, this could be particularly profitable based on the recent uptrend with RIGH.  Won't know this until an announcement is made.

I do remember folks posting that Dwyer was going to get the money owed to him from RIGH, thus I would assume it's happening.
