A few months is not a problem at all for me. That's how my Uncle, God rest his soul, a General Contractor did it. He made a deal with the roadbuilder to clear the trees in the way, put in fully finished roads, storm and house sewer hookups, water hookups, by giving him 2 lots to his 1 lot that he builds the road on, each lot went about $25,000.
I just hope the investor isn't going to ask for C shares because, after the company worked their butt off to get rid of them, that isn't (better) not happen again.
