No- I do not think that has been going on. I think it will come again later, but they have not been purchasing anything lately. All their funds should be involved with the Panama project at this point, until they pull some revs to refinance their bank. Then they could buy back shares at that point. I am sure they are pretty much broke right now, since they had to pay so much so much for the concession rights.
