Hightech, Hollund did not actually buy back shares during the prior share reductions (they had no cash to buy back shares).  Instead, in most cases Hollund negotiated a deal with each debt holder to exchange their shares for a percentage of future revenue.  The percentage was only a small fraction of a percent, but it apparently satisfied debt holders.
