Take a look at the Patent link below and the address For Digital Utilities Inc. Next review the statement of principles of consolidation from the most recent 10Q we just recieved. I have been asking for a while , how did TORQ avoid theĀ Litigation that VONAGE went through with VERIZON and SPRINT/NEXTEL
Mr.McHenry has held TORQ all along, most likely using that Holding Company
