I dont think RIGH will get to pennies without getting current, I mean it happens but people get kinda skeptical the more it goes up and it remains dark, in comparison people call AEGY 'dark' but they are not since they have filed with the SEC on time and communicate once in a while.  RIGH hasnt done anything since Dec 2012
