pps starts moving fast in either direction when demand for shares fluctuate and they are out of shares.  Sometimes they create sellers by boosting the stock but most sometimes they drop it with nakeds.  That is why I say if most shareholders held the stock will shoot back upinevitably.. If there was selling or dilution it will stay down till shares are bought up
