I think you are missing my point.  I was referencing that there is a schedule, that someone making a guess that Cert will be 3rd Quarter obviously does not know that schedule.  But in the end they could be right if an act of god affects the schedule....  Otherwise, again, Sooner than 3rd quarter is my bet....  I am sure there is plenty going on you or I or many others do not know about...
