(PINKSHEETS: HIMR) ("Hollund" or the "Company") an underwater forest management company, announced today that the Company has eliminated virtually all of Mr. Lonnie Hayward's personal holdings of Preferred C stock -- which in effect, nullifies future dilution from these shares.
