Two things go into the buying of TelVue shares. “Do I have the money “ ?? “Do I wish to pay this price” ?? Not much chance for stock price manipulation there.  Someone needs to help me here with an answer because I do not know.  I’ll give you a hypothetical .

Let’s just say someone put 5488 shares at the ask of TelVue for $14.00 . So I order 100 shares at $14.00. The question is “Could they not sell them to me at $12.00 or even $10.00 if they wanted to “ ?? “Why would they do that” ??
