what really bothers me about these letdowns, is that it is always us that makes excuses for the company.  why cant the face us when things dont go as planned.  i dont like having to find reasons to stay with a company when they wont even help me look.   im holding, and i will be untill my year is up.  but this is a lesson for me. no matter how it turns out, i have learned some valuble lessons here
