As long as the value of the company continue to grow is the only thing that matters. I think Ortiz stepped away bc Ipoint is his baby which is owned by Swordfish. He spread himself to thin or he wanted to make sure the fundamentals were set up correctly and prepaired the companies for a transition for a more willing CEO to take over to do the day to day stuff. Besides, Ortiz is not leaving the company completely....he will still be a part of the company. So I see that as a plus but would rather someone else take the reigns of leadership away and bring a strong execution agenda towards the company. As for Vakser....good riddens...I never liked him and thought it would never work out with him being involved in anyway. Bad Rep needed to go.
Anyway, when the Apple news comes out and contracts continue to come into the company...Ipoint alone, even though it is not enough to sustain strong value.....I see it as an insurance policy for now. The stock imo will turn to the upside....and if the technology is real and sticks to the market (Which I believe it will). This stock is going to run atleast to the mid pennies to the 10 cent area. Maybe more. Good luck to all.
