Yes. Plus, folks need to consider that most of the S-8 shares are restricted for a period of time before they can even be released from EWSI's TA.
The CC is actually going to be conducted live. Lots of ears will be on this call. The various numbers being provided to different geographical locations (U.S., Japan, Australia, Argentina, Canada, U.K. et al) is something that I have never witnessed for any OTC company. Then again, I can't ever remember an OTC company growing as fast as EWSI is on a global scale in a 150B dollar fragmented industry.
