LOL suspension?? I was suspended in HS a couple times, let back in and graduated... Notice how OLIE CEO moved in on ANDI to get the filings right and clean up, suspension will be lifted and OLIE and ANDI Merge.. This looks like an ST move to me, Suspension no biggie IMO.
