Yes that is what concerns me...they are being very ambiguous and vaque with conflicting statements They will ship before Christmas and then well ( we suppose they meant to Distributors? ) then Brick and Mortar announcements after CES. ( we are WAAY past the close of that)  And NOW a supposed start date for Ultraflix  with NO SHIPPED devices for viewing the UltraFlix channel? Then pictures of boxes and no details on where or when they are going wherever the heck they are going? This is not how they started out and quite frankly doing things like this makes the bashers seem like maybe they are on to something. It creates doubt about FACT and truth and that is NOT good. I am not selling one share but I do not like the change in atmosphere. ( and its effect on the share price )
