Get your information straight for a change. The SAIC summary report was not "released: It was leaked, by whom was never determined as far as I know.
The JBI response to the leak was to say that it MAY not reflect the current management thinking and therefore should not be relied upon.
Pop quiz question. How many months after that summary was written was it leaked?
Extra Credit question? Was the SAIC report summary valid without the rest of the report under any conditions?
