I always thought he is employed by Ihub and paid to facilitate the due diligence on the other board.  After thinking it through, there is narcissistic arrogance and psychopathic nature about him.  Really obsessed for Solos to fail.  Not sure how he'll handle the overwhelming surge of investors coming to Solos aid.  It should be a pleasure to watch him see SNDY rise to glory throughout 2014 and there is nothing he can do to convince shareholders to sell.  It's like being caught in a surge of flood waters and being washed away.  Cheers!
