A few key points to think about.
1) DUTV Tweeted "TWO" release of "Audited Financials" Uplisting to NASDAQ
2) #1 Stickey above from Slic is the new requirements for "Uplisting by SEC" to NASDAQ
3) It is # 7 0n Show Board information of the New SEC Requirements for uplisting.
4) Only requirement SEC has For "AUDITED FINANCIALS" is the 10K, they can provide them anytime but required on the end of Fiscal Year May 31
I submit that DUTV is forecasting $3.00+ by end of fiscal year, thats conservative
I think it will be soonerÂ
I am still looking for a retest of $3.75/share
