I doubt that they are restricted.  Slaz has an "in" with IHub administrators.  I still think they are both (or "he is") employed by IHub itself.  IHub is very corrupt.  Many lawsuits have been brought against them and I believe the SEC has had a few IHub folk indicted.  

SNDY is going to roll.  With nothing but word of mouth, this pps raised over 100% in one day.  If you look back a few weeks - over 500%.  The PR is coming.  We know that.  

So hold tight to your shares.  If we get up to .02, there might be a temptation to sell - even saying to yourself, "I'll sell just a few."  I would say that unless you really need the money and can afford the capital gains both state and federal - hold on.  You'll get a lot more if the pps goes to .04 or .06.

I think if a joint venture or buyout is announced, all bets are off for the share price.
