I doubt it. No mention at anytime that this was going to take place by Sk3 Group. It's a material event. Even though Sk3 is NOT sec registered, they should have disclosed this with OTCMarkets. They did'nt. The Accumulation(buying)/Distribution(selling) indicator should have shown a very steady, upward, increase. It doesn't. The shorts would have had an immense time covering since these 300 million shares bought back, would not be able to be borrowed against.
