$HCTI Closed above 0.60 at 0.64 on Friday with increasing volume into the last hour of trading. Huge Bullish indicator! Watch for a move past the 52 week high next week to fuel a nice breakout in share price 0.70 is the break out zone.. After that its Blue Skies!
