Thanks Steve!  In your opinion, what do you make of what is going on with the share price of late? Seems to me a group is possibly to blame with the ridiculously small buys or whacks on the bid preventing any appreciable upward movement. your thoughts, as always, much appreciated here!  $ICPA!!
