Any shares issued after the first tranche (53m) was issued in July 2013 and to be issued on a quarterly timetable to the crystal shark will be restricted, i.e., one year minimum holding period. I surmise, based on increase of float to 600m, that the first tranche (53m) issued July 2013 (and probably not restricted) were converted and now part of the float. The rest of the settlement will be in restricted shares.
