It doesnt say dilution because the OBV line went up as the A/D fell, A/D and OBV supposed to follow each other with normal trading (low to moderate shorting and no to minimal dilution). For dilution, the OBV falls way down while A/D goes up or sometimes down, then its a case for possible dilution. (Have to look at them together) But this is the opposite
