We have been asking for current filings and press releases that only deal in facts.

These requests may be becoming much more important soon.

This morning the SEC halted a number of companies for being delinquent in those areas. It appears being a pink and not being required to file is no longer acceptable. Seems the SEC is halting companies a little more quickly. Please keep us off their radar!
