I withdrew myself from the meeting. Luis turned the sole purposel of the meeting in to a fundraiser, which I guess is his right to do as he was the source: of the contacts as well as the first one to talk about bringing all the guys together. However, I have too many questions that need to be answered before I am willing to hand over another check. For that reason, I will not be attending.

Besides, truth be told, these guys are way out of my league. I do not have the ability to hand over a six figure check without first knowing where that money will be spent and where baltia stands at the present time.

it was my original intent, for lack of a better word, to "lure" the top ten investors into a meeting to diiscuss all the good and the bad, and then to finish off the meeting with a thorough discussion of the financial needs of the airline. Luis sent out an email changing that to bring your check book meeting, and unfortunately he did so before we got commitments from 6 out of the 10. At this point, I think the meeting is going to fall far short of what my expectations were.
