Hempstar.com is also a website that sells hemp twine, wallets, ballcaps, burlap sacks, t-shirts. The word hempstar, from what I can see, bears no trademark logo for either use. In other words, iequitycorp could conceivably change its name to Hempstar without bearing connection to either the cannabis variety or the hemp hawker.
