Been trying to put 2 and 2 together. Early in the week HIMR  said by the end of week we would have share structure news that would be the beginning of our healthy shareholder value. Then Thursday they come out on facebook and say they almost have negotiations complete. Should have known no news would come out today. I think the post on facebook was their way of buying time. I for one have plenty of time to darn cold out to do anything else.
